Personally, I see myself fighting out the majority of the battles, because that’s a me thing. “Auto Tactics” is a great idea and it kind of reminds me of a more advanced version of the “Free Will/Auto” Commands in the Suikoden games. And that’s a wrap on this month’s Sneak Peek! I hope you look forward to the next one! I can’t go into any more detail about what kind of system it is just yet, but I would encourage anyone who finds battles tedious to use it from the get-go. They’ll even heal themselves if things are looking dicey. Even with the default settings, you can run headlong into any fight against normal enemies and that party will handle the rest. Huh? But Auto systems can only be used against weak enemies that are a certain amount of levels lower than you, right? No, no, no. So what on earth is Auto Tactics? In Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes, Auto Tactics is an auto-battle system that makes for an easier and more rewarding experience for those that find fighting normal enemies to be a pain in the butt. The content for Komuta D’s Sneak Peak #2 is the “Auto Tactics”. Director Komuta here! And this month, I’d like to give you another sneak peek at what’s happening behind the scenes. Like I said in the opening we get a little Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes Sneak Peek with Komuta saying this: Komu-nichiwa. For May’s Eiyuden Chronicle update, we get a sneak peek at “Auto Tactics” from Komuta, Murayama’s Monthly Update, and a word from the team. The recent updates haven’t held a lot of information recently, but the team has celebrated “Golden Week” and has provided us with a little cool info. The team has been hard at work gearing up for the potential 2023 release. That’s right it is time for another Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroesupdate. We are back once again, with one of my favorite times of the month. Getting a cracked version, you are going to remain outside any such progress so prepare to witness your toolkit becoming more and more outdated. Lack of UpdatesĪn update from the developer brings improvements to the general performance and new features that altogether help you work faster and more efficiently. I just can’t rave enough about all the staff and how they helped us have an amazing trip. By the end of the river rafting trip, our son wanted to do more rapids (our typical experience once he overcomes his anxiety!). The dessert bars were really good.īeing able to run the Class 3 rapids more than once was a blast! My son also did the Anaconda Rapids 2 more times with me and I couldn’t be more proud of him. We enjoyed the Fried Chicken lunch and I really appreciated that the Chicken was boneless cutlets. We also had some amazing raft “family” that encouraged our son and helped distract him as we when down more rapids. Once through the first rapids, I was so impressed with the young man that was our guide. Thankfully, the White Water trip starts with easy Class 1 Rapids. The first rapids were a challenge with our son telling the guide to turn around and go back. My husband and I were concerned about how he would do but decided to give it a try. He is very cautious yet loves roller coasters and thrill rides after he gets past his anxiety/fear. I have a special needs child with Sensory Processing Disorder, Anxiety and ADHD. Overall, it was a great day full of unexpected fun. Not only that, but they let us get creative with one or two people riding "rodeo" on the front of the raft and the whole group of us on the side of the raft. I wish we had sat up front.Īnother unique part of the trip was being able to rerun the class three rapid seven times. Unfortunately, we were in the back of the bus and had a hard time hearing. The trip out and back to the river is long, but we were entertained by creative and funny raft guides. What we got instead was a hilarious comedy skit that gave us all the info we needed, but that also made us laugh and pay closer attention. This is usually a boring speech given by a well meaning raft guide. The first clue I had that this trip would be different was when the group was lined up for the intro speech before we all got on the bus. The guides made up for this by making the trip fun and exciting in other ways. The river itself was relatively tame (which was great for my young kids). I have done a lot of white water rafting trips. Sit in the front of the bus or you will miss out on one of the highlights of the trip. The trail mix was the BEST I’ve ever had!! We just had a great time. ( We bought water shoes.) Even their photo prices were reasonable. It speaks for the company when there’s no price gouging for those “forgotten” items. The outpost sells everything you need and is VERY reasonable. I also bought a flotation 6” ring to attach to the bag just in case. I had purchased a water proof bag made for cell phones and got photos of my group and a few other folk. The photographer was not on the river due to weather. The staff was very helpful and we enjoyed Ryeland also! Jake was our bus driver and was very safe and considerate of other drivers. The rafting was so much fun! It was our first trip and we all loved it. She was very knowledge about the river and it’s wildlife pointing out various birds. As summer storms often do, the weather cleared and our time on the river was great! Our guide was Shelby. The groups were halted and removed from the river until the area was safe. I had weather concerns and sure enough we had a downpour with thunder and lightening I was impressed with EOW handling of the situation. How does Maple Street give back and serve the community? We also have our own coffee roasting company. We have a giant maple leaf in our lobbies and pictures of different maple assorted things. The ambiance will be different, and it follows a maple theme. We were able to form a partnership with Cracker Barrel, the parent company of Holler & Dash. How did the decision come about to buy out Holler & Dash, and what are some differences between Holler & Dash and Maple Street? We have an orange juicer on our front counter that squeezes it in front of you while you wait and tea made in-house. Our most popular coffee is the Maple Tap, which has a nice maple flavor. We have four different varieties of coffee plus espresso and lattes. We have a vegetarian bowl with a tomato-based sauce, feta, basil and two sunny side eggs as well. We have some delicious waffles and serve oatmeal and grits. Is there anything to order in addition to biscuits? We make our apple butter fresh inside each restaurant. The Farmer has the pecanwood smoked bacon, cheddar cheese and our delicious apple butter. It has even been featured on Food Network! Another great item is The Five and Dime, which is a flaky biscuit with a fried chicken breast topped with pecanwood smoked bacon, cheddar cheese and our house-made sausage gravy. It’s a flaky biscuit with a hormone-free fried chicken breast covered with goat cheese and pepper jelly. My favorite item on the menu has to be The Squawking Goat. We use artisan flour, pure butter instead of lard and a touch of maple syrup to make them. Everything is centered around the biscuit. Scott started working on a list of names he thought would work for the restaurant, and his neighbors suggested that the name have “maple” in the title since a lot of the recipes have maple flavoring. Their community picked items for the menu and the name. They had locals come to their homes to try the recipes. Gus Evans and Scott Moore were friends and church members from Jacksonville who came together and came up with a whacky idea to start a biscuit place. First of all, can you tell us a little bit about how Maple Street Biscuit Company got started? To learn more about Maple Street’s mission and, of course, menu, we chatted with its Community Manager Troy Harrington as opening day approached. If you stop by on the weekend, they close at 3 p.m. So there’s no need to fear if you were missing fried chicken and goat cheese atop a flaky biscuit! You can stop by for one Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. Holler & Dash might have closed on 18 th Street, but biscuits weren’t gone for long before Maple Street Biscuit Company opened in its place in late May. Your keyboard clicks are all handed to your browser. When you use your browser (even a simple page down) focus is switched from SketchUp to your browser. This will tell you what to do next time you don't get your chosen tool. If you did get a Rectangle cursor, you were lucky. If you didn't get a Rectangle cursor this will tell you why. Voila! Your cursor is suddenly showing the rectangle tool ( (I used to leave the keyboard in the center. Hands a bit more than shoulder-width apart. This is your tutor in position for sketching up. Assign one hand to the mouse, the other hand to the keyboard. No more clicking an icon on the toolbar when there's a better way. Sang's played his part in your education. It makes great sense to assign the tool you'll use most often to the thing that's easiest to type. Since it is used most often, it has a special keyboard shortcut: the spacebar. On the Getting Started toolbar, it's got the first row all to itself. You will use the Select tool more often than any other. We'll go back to the Orbit tool after you've built a 3D house.įor now, Orbit until your axes are similar to the ones to the left. If you orbit from low to high, you can turn Sang upside down. If you orbit from left to right you will see the axes move. Grab the Orbit tool (keyboard O) and try it out. Zoom and Hand are simple, straightforward tools. On the Camera menu, you'll see Ctrl+Shift+E as the keyboard shortcut. I never really learned to like Zoom Extents, but Shift+Z is one of my best friends. Zoom in until you have a screenful of foot. (As they are keyboard neighbors, the combination is easy to type with one hand.) Got it? Double-click Sang's running shoes into the center of the screen. Zoom Sang into the far distance, then press Shift+Z. Use the Zoom tool if you don't have a working middle wheel. Best practice: use the mouse middle wheel to zoom. You'll zoom in and out hundreds of times as you learn SketchUp thousands of times as you use SketchUp. Whenever there is a particular detail that you want to examine more closely, double-click it with the Zoom tool before you zoom in. Use the Hand tool to drag Sang to the side. Z is the keyboard shortcut for the Zoom tool. Or you'll have one like mine that doesn't work in SketchUp. The bad news is that you will not always have a scroll wheel mouse. It feels like you are pushing Sang away or pulling him toward you. Pull the wheel toward you and you zoom in. Push the wheel away from you and you zoom out. If you have a scroll wheel mouse, this couldn't be easier. If you stumble across the official name, do your best to forget it. But it's a hand in the toolbars its mouse cursor is a hand its keyboard shortcut is "H"-not the first letter of its official name. It's not really called the Hand tool, by the way. What do you suppose the shortcut for the Arc tool will be. It's going to be tough, but I think you can handle it. "L" for Line "C" for Circle and "R" for Rectangle. The shortcuts for the Rectangle and Circle tools: "R" and "C". The keyboard shortcut for the Line tool is "L". Master keyboard shortcuts? Is there a lot of memorizing? Well, here's a sample. We'll use the key viewing tools, some fundamental modeling tools and we'll master their keyboard shortcuts. Here we'll get SketchUp's foundational ideas: edges and faces. This is the only chapter that's not built around modeling our carriage house. SketchUp is your friend, not your master.) (They're not like other products that use Ctrl+? for this and Ctrl+Shift+? for that. If you are picking commands off the toolbar (break that bad habit fast!) pay close attention to the keyboard shortcuts.
